I was nervous about leaving ‘my two girls’ in the care of a stranger for 2 weeks, but I was very impressed by the detailed fact checking prior to my departure. Several times a day I received email updates w/ photos. On the days I had questions, Erica called me within minutes of my email. She went well beyond her commitment, even picking up house supplies that ran short. When I returned, my dogs were happy & relaxed and my home was clean & organized. She did not release the girls from her care until I confirmed I was back. She came for a visit after my return, my girls greeted her as family.
